Enterprise "NATURA VITA" created clear and good perspective for development in the next period of time. The fulfillment of general needs is realized in different ways.

           By engaging of great number of permanent and season workers, and by active collaboration with cooperants, we give important support to total economy development. Expertise and perfection of workers and cooperants is everyday care of expert team of enterprise. Regular visits, advices, examinations, inspections and other regular activities guarantee products top quality. 

             Management of enterprise helps with planned activities, the import of milking cows of high quality breed, to be raised by individual agricultural producers. The money for importing is provided through credit arrangements, certain donations and from own accumulation. During past period 300 heifers of high quality breed was imported. These animals are distributed to committed agricultural producers, and all mutual rights and obligations are defined through business contracts.

            These concrete results assure confidence of our cooperants. New planned extension of our enterprise stimulates new cooperants for collaboration also. Clear goals, sincere intentions, present and planned activities clearly define the position of enterprise in business happenings in this region and further.

            During four year activities we opened 60 working places and made a network of 3000 cooperants. On our 85 purchase sites in Doboj region we purchase raw milk and transport it using our transport vehicles.

            Along with permanently employed workers and successful collaboration with cooperation members we engage season’s workers too. Sufficient number of season workers is provided by collaboration with Youth association from Teslić.   

            The goal of enterprise is to enable our cooperants to join and materialize the right on social and pension insurance through our enterprise. Realistic plans for such activities already exist and they are realized according to dynamic development plan of cooperation network

            Permanently engaged workers found their jobs and their perspective in their home place. Developed network of cooperants solves the existence problems of many families through successful business collaboration. Modern agricultural production in especially suitable natural environments offers good chances to young people.   

            Production growth, employment of additional workers and cooperation network growth are our mutual goals.
